The new year is coming up in two days! What are your resolutions for 2020? Finally have that awesome vacation? Get that PhD? Get your book represented? Or finally get that gears working for 100 books?
As 2020 approaches and a decade comes to an end, have you thought of a list of goals, and the possible ways to reach them? Although one can never tell the moods of the seasons, one can always be prepared. With a list of goals, we can prepare ourselves mentally and have a gist of how our year will run. It’s like an outline of our plot for our own life for the year 2020.
For my New Year’s Resolution, they would be:
- Finish my WIP
- Improve my writing
- Submit pieces to different magazines
- Read books consistently and never return to a book slump
- Get to read a decent amount of books
I don’t name a number, I feel like it would intimidate me and push me away on reading instead. - Grow individually.
In no particular order. As I said, it’s a raw outline. Nevertheless, they are the things I’d want to achieve in 2020, and hopefully, I will.
How about you, what are your New Year’s Resolutions in mind for the Year 2020?
