And, I realized this anxiety–
the anxiety before I hit send,
the anxiety before I talk,
the anxiety before I write,
will forever linger before I do anything
And, I will be helpless.
I will be forever momentarily be filled with dread,
with anxiety, before I do anything.
But, it will go away, nonetheless, I say.
Once it has been done,
Once it has led to fruition.
But, until then the anxiety–
It will forever live on,
None one can do about it.
A part of me protests–
But, it will go away, nonetheless, I say.
Such a great way of describing the feeling. Thank you!
